Just the thought of it.

I'm not going to try it because I own dogs, but I'm kind of wondering if you've tested this on a dog, and if so, does it work?
Our neighbours's dog is very annoying and I could put this to use.
This could be very useful (maniacal thoughts)
But on the note of the aggreement, I don't see how following the aggreement will put this to any good use, considering it eliminates all the fun you can have with it.

It will work on a dog, no I haven't tested it on my dog because his species has above average hearing compared to other dogs. But these tones are set at rates that have been proven by dog whistles to affect average dogs.

And the agreement is just so you don't hurt anybody with it.

This isn't a game or a flash... you just surf the web with this... What's the point of that when i can just go to google.com and surf the web?
Unless there is something more to this game, i find this game pointless
